Today I...
...finally left work for a full 5 weeks!
...saw my father-in-law for the first time (- and realized that I don't understand a single word he is saying)!
...cooked scrambled eggs with cheese for my father-in-law under the supervision of my mother-in-law while talking in broken Spanish about my lacking kitchen skills, and it felt strangely right...
...saw THE DRESS.
...
...
It's beautiful.
Finishing and last touches pending tomorrow.
That also means a few hours alone with my mother and my MIL, and I am scared as all hell of not being able to understand her and making an a$$ out of myself.
I don't think I will post anymore before our wedding. I feel wonderful, The Fiancé is with his parents whom he hasn't seen in many, many years, and it somehow feels as if my little world is perfect now. I have seldomly been touched as I was when I saw The Fiancé hugging his parents to his chest and the tears of joy in their eyes in the middle of the airport.
I definitely like my MIL. Unfortunately I can't talk with my FIL.
I love every second of what's going on right now.
I will be married to my love in three days.
Read me again after I return from our honeymoon...!
